Terms for Quote Rescue

1. Product

Prosper Quote Rescue is digital content containing follow-up templates, a 14-day schedule, objection replies, quotation tracker, personalising shortcut, quick-start guide and responsible-use/licence guidance. It does not include one-to-one consulting, custom implementation, CRM setup, advertising management, sales calls, ongoing coaching or done-for-you services unless separately stated in writing.

2. Payments

The price is £17 unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payment is taken at purchase through the payment provider shown at checkout. There is no subscription attached to this product.

3. Digital Delivery

Access is provided after successful purchase through the thank-you page, confirmation email or another delivery method stated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct email address. If access is not received, contact prosperaisystems@gmail.com using the order email address.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Prosper Quote Rescue is digital content delivered after purchase. At checkout, the buyer may be asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that once access or downloading begins, any applicable cancellation right may be affected. This does not remove legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care. Refund requests can be sent to prosperaisystems@gmail.com with the order email and reason for the request.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for how Quote Rescue is used. Messages should only be used with legitimate quotation recipients and in accordance with customer preferences, opt-outs and applicable communication rules. Do not use the product for spam, bought lists, misleading claims, false urgency or unfair pressure. Every message should be checked for accuracy and appropriateness before sending.

6. Licence and Intellectual Property

Purchase grants a licence to use the product inside the buyer's own business. The buyer may adapt messages for their own customer follow-up but may not copy, resell, share, publish, distribute, upload, give away or repackage the product or any substantial part of it. Adapted versions may not be sold or distributed as another product. Intellectual property rights remain with Prosper AI Systems or the relevant rights holder.

7. Results Disclaimer

Quote Rescue is designed to improve the consistency and professionalism of quote follow-up. It does not guarantee that any customer will reply, book, buy, accept a quote or become a paying customer. Results depend on factors including pricing, quote quality, reputation, availability, demand, timing, communication, customer circumstances and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosper AI Systems is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, customer disputes, incorrect product use or communication decisions made by the buyer's business. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Changes to Terms

Prosper AI Systems may update these terms. The version published at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise required by law.
